These terms govern use of the EventHex Connector, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that lets an authorized AI assistant access and manage an EventHex franchise on a user's behalf. By connecting to or using the connector you agree to these terms.
The connector may only be used by a franchise administrator who holds a valid EventHex account, using an EventHex-issued API key or OAuth authorization. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all actions taken with your credentials.
You agree to use the connector only to manage data belonging to your own franchise, in compliance with applicable law and the EventHex Terms of Service at eventhex.ai. You will not attempt to access other franchises' data, reverse-engineer or abuse the service, exceed rate limits, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
The connector acts within the scopes granted to your key (e.g. read or write events, tickets, agenda, website, analytics). Write and delete actions are performed at your direction and are your responsibility. AI assistants can make mistakes; review important actions.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the connector or any tool at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventHex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss or actions taken by an AI assistant on your instruction. Your use is at your own risk.
You may revoke connector access at any time from the EventHex dashboard (Developer → Connectors). We may suspend or revoke access for violation of these terms or to protect the service.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
